| Merger integration means the systematical rearrangement of asset, employees of the new joint venture enterprise, after that the enterprise in a country obtains the other enterprise ownership of capital, stock or the control authority in the other country. Then the joint venture can organize and run according to the certain merger goal, policy and strategy. It is the course of adjusting the constitution of the joint venture in order to make the enterprise become a whole one.With the development of production globalization of the auto manufacture and the fast increase of China's auto market, most of the auto groups and enterprises of the world came into China to invest and produce by merger and acquisition, which have made an important influence to China's auto industry. In this course, China's auto industry internationalization trend becomes strong day by day, most of these companies cooperate with the "6+4" groups and companies completely so as to embed the global production value chain and realize the spanned development.Nowadays, there are many research productions on the Merger integration, the scope has already spread to stratagem, organization, human resource, culture, asset and management etc. but most of these researches are dispersed and superficial, the industry referred is also dispersed.Therefore, this paper synthesizes the relevant theories and used the empirical analysis method, researches the merger integration of China's auto industry based on value chain after the review of the value chain theory and the merger integration. It can be divided into six parts. The first chapter and the second chapter briefly introduces the theory base, the research actuality of national and aboard, the thread and method of this paper. The third chapter puts forward the principal, basic mode, content of the merger integration and the questions needed attention during the merger integration. The fourth chapter uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the merger integration. The fifth chapter gives three examples of merger integration of China's auto joint ventures. The last chapter gives the conclusions, expatiates the effect and the existed deficiency of research, which puts forward to future research aspects. |
