With the popularity of mobile terminals,China's Internet industry has stepped into the era of mobile Internet,constantly emerging new patterns,Internet companies to compete for resources to a new stage,mergers and acquisitions as the most commonly used means of resource integration,will appear frequently in the future Internet industry.This paper analyzes the merger and acquisition activities in the Internet industry from the perspective of value chain integration.Through the analysis of typical successful cases,it aims to provide reference value for other Internet companies in value chain integration decision-making,and complement the relevant research in this field.In the process of research,this paper uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,theory and case study.The overall analysis of the Internet industry M&A status quo,M&A characteristics and Internet value chain integration strategy.Then through the classical case analysis,from the external value chain integration strategy analysis and internal value chain integration strategy analysis,two aspects of Ctrip network integration strategy analysis,finally,through the use of AHP fuzzy comprehensive analysis,calculate the overall performance score of Ctrip network in recent 2013 to 2017,to Ctrip.The value chain integration of the network is evaluated.Through the combination of theoretical cases,this paper concludes that the use of value chain tools to identify the key nodes in integration,and formulate the corresponding M&A strategy can effectively improve the overall performance of enterprises,enhance the overall strength of enterprises.In order to avoid the mistakes of other Internet enterprises in the choice of development strategy,this paper gives some suggestions:(1)Pay attention to the integration of internal value chain after M&A.(2)The value chain activities in the value chain or inefficient will be stripped.(3)The motive of choosing famous songs and choosing suitable acquisition targets.
