In last ten years, the investment of real estate played a very important role in the development of economy and investment. Especially from 1998, real estate has already become one of the most important industries of the national economy. Today, the environment of the real estate market has been different than before. The number of the real estate enterprises in our country changed from 1991 in 1996 to more than 30 thousand in 2004. With the number of the real estate enterprises increasing rapidly, the competition among real estate enterprises has become more acutely. On the other hand, the government developed a series of policies which affect market greatly to purify the market.Now, small and medium-sized Real estate enterprises are face to serious problem relative to their fates. As the definition of their own capital, land resources and reserves could not be solved under the near future, more of these enterprise often operate in one or two projects, whether the project will be successful or not can often deciding the fate of survival. So, scientific, accurate and has the characteristics of enterprises, real estate marketing plan is especially important to small - and medium-sized real estate enterprises.The full text is divided into six seals altogether:Chapter one is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background of the writing of this text and the method are expounded;Chapter two analysis the condition of marketing planning tactics for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises;Chapter three introduces the theories which were relative the marketing plan of the real estate;Chapter four research on the marketing planning tactics for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises. Index the importance of the theory of whole process marketing, brand marketing and finding the ways to avoid the direct competition;In chapter five, in order to apply theory to reality, it is of high value in reality to cite marketing planning tactics for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises of Yijia Chuntian as an example;Finally, the paper make a conclusion about the whole thesis, and discuss some questions that still need to study and solve.
