Then set forth interrelated principle of process integration, put forward operational mechanism of process integration management, including operation process management, project breakdown and workflow technique.Theory and method of process integration management were the basis for the establishing of integrated system .Through the introduction of essential method in process management, proposed the items of basic construction process system description and constructs the method.The workflow technique is the way of process integration. It is the keystone of WMFS, which can improve the robustness, flexibility, reusability and scalability of software system. This dissertation introduces the design ideology of a project management system, based on the workflow technique, to realize the automation, information and integration of the highway construction management.
