In the background of globalization, the distributed supply chain networks increasingly emphasize collaborative management, and Market demands for the time Sensitivity. Collaborative operation under the supply chain and its quick response capabilities have become a decisive factor for the existence and development of enterprises. Optimization issues Based on the response time of supply chain in the decision-making and coordination, Have important theoretical and practical significance for a clear understanding of the nature of the supply chain synergies, which make a difference in Exploring the hidden cost and benefits of doing mechanism underlying motive for cooperation and synergy, Effectively shortening the response time and , enhancing the competitiveness of the supply chain.The author has created the data warehouse systematic environment for Cooperative Decision-making in Chapter Ⅳ, including the characteristics of decision activities. The agent and its organization structure, as well as the communication mechanics between agents are studied in depth. The application, constitution and designing method of multi-agent system in supply chain cooperative decision-making framework are illuminated. The architecture of data warehouse linked with OLAP in Collaborative Supply Chain decision-making environment is discussed. The design, implementation and maintenance schemes for data warehouse are proposed and a web-based data warehouse framework is presented. In the end, a conceptual DSS architecture model based on Multi-Agent System and data warehouse for Collaborative Supply Chain management is shown.The mathematical model has quantitatively simulated the decision-making process ,also the decision-making methods have been analyzed in depth. At last ,the article gives a research on major issues on the analysis and solution, and time-based access to the corresponding optimization of the supply chain collaborative decision-making strategy. The author has Created a supply chain time optimization model through a Bi-level programming model , which is more consistent with the supply chain operational management of optimal decision-making process.
