The Study On The Development Of Intellectualized Resident District In China

In the 21st century with the progress of high technology and the coming of information times, the development of computer, communications, control and modernized architecture seriously improves life of the people. And the styles of living in every domain are under the affect of it. The house is the place where one spends half of his or her life. The construction of house is on the influence. The traditional building can't satisfy the requirements of people's dwelling qualification which is safe, comfortable and convenient. The house should be made intelligent. Since reform and opening up, China has been improving development of the country economy, the people's dwelling condition is also being improved. The construction of building in new concept, such as intelligent house, green building and intellectualized ecological house, is imperative.This paper begins with reviewing status quo of intelligent residential area, and introduces the relevant theory of intelligent residential areas briefly. The composing, development trends of intelligent residential areas are analyzed. Then the grades, standards and appraisal system are discussed. The problems and thoughts in the development of intelligent residential area are discussed; the investment and demands from market are discussed too. At last, this thesis puts forward several suggestions and development strategy in future for intelligent residential area construction in ShengLi Oil Field.
