Abstract:Currently,more and more businesses have become increasingly concerned about their own performance appraisal system construction and performance appraisal system.This is because enterprise performance appraisal system is not only related to the vital interests of the staff, but also guarantee of enterprise’s strategic objectives have been met.So the top management pay attention to it.A scientific performance appraisal system met its development can help to evaluate the employee,and also improve the operation of the enterprise.In this paper,we take DAS intelligent limited company for an example and we do the research and study about the emerging problems on the performance evaluation.The DAS is in the top of the energy and intelligence industry in Chian.Now the company is in the take-off phase,and it needs the performance appraisal system for its development.As the company’s size increased and the stronger market competition,there are many problems of performance evaluation and it is concerned about the future of the company.In order to address the problem which concerns the construction of the performance appraisal,this paper speaks out a new system based on some necessary theories famous both in the abroad and foreign countries.From the performance appraisal cycle, method, process and result evaluation, we find out the existing problems and the reasons of the system.According to achieve corporate strategic objectives, indicators to meet the work and practice, to help the coordination design ideas, in accordance with the objectives of consistency, measurable measurable, strategic principles, to optimize from the index, the index weight, assessment methods,this paper design to meet the development requirements of the company’s performance appraisal system, and finally To ensure the implementation of the system from the safeguards system, enterprise culture, organization system and strengthen the training.
