To accelerate the combination of smart grid with the user side,popularize the intelligent electricity concept and technology,convenient users’ life,the State Grid Corporation constructs the Shanghai Expo Park,Beijing future science and technology city and a number of smart grid project,through the construction of the demonstration project and put into operation,which can be used for the promotion and development of intelligent electricity try,achieves good results.With the rapid development of smart grid,the concept of intelligent electricity consumption is becoming more and more popular.As an important part of smart grid construction project,residential area intelligent electricity construction projects are the specific application of smart grid concept and technology,to achieve real-time interaction with the user side of the grid,to enhance the user’s experience of electricity,so as to improve the service level of power grid.With the development of intelligent residential electricity concept and technology,intelligent residential area power construction projects are under construction,but the project can meet the intelligent,convenient and economical requirements,whether achieved satisfactory results,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research.Firstly,from the research project,the key content of the project construction,investment benefit and smart power community and traditional community difference,intelligent electricity residential construction function requirements and configuration of four aspects of research and analysis of the residential intelligent electricity construction project characteristics,to dig up the evaluation index system of theoretical analysis;secondly,based on the literature research,and consult relevant experts,analysis from the four dimensions of intelligence,economy,technology and society to construct the residential intelligent electricity construction project comprehensive evaluation index system;thirdly,respectively based on index weight calculation of Delphi method,variation coefficient method and grey correlation weighting method,on the basis of the maximum entropy principle,and the maximum deviation principle constructs the optimization model based on combination weighting,and then based on combination weighting constructs the fuzzy comprehensive improvement Evaluation model;finally,a residential district in Shandong intelligent electricity construction project as a case by case analysis,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is carried on empirical analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the project based on the combination of empowerment has been built,the implementation effect of the construction project for the comprehensive evaluation,and for the residential district some suggestions for intelligent power construction project.
