After developing for many years, real-estate industry has become one of the major industries in china, pulling the economy greatly. With the convergence of meager profit of real estate industry, the marketing era of fierce competition has already come.With consumer's improvement to the house required, the real estate develops rapidly, and the marketing planing of the real estate develops fast also. The traditional marketing theory of real estate and methods haven't keep up with the fast developing real estate market require, so the whole marketing plan of real estate becoming the focus of the whole industry. After many years development, the marketing plan of real estate has developed into a system but there are many problems in the theory and operation, for example the separation between its theory and operation, marketing plan at one's will.It has not only brought unhealthy influence for the management of the real estate development enterprise, but also leaded to great resources waste, such as a large amount of vacant merchandise houses.This article reviews the application of marketing plan theory in Chinese real estate industry, have analyze three major modes of present marketing plan of real estate, and analyze the good and bad points of every pattern. This text have carried on deep analysis to the whole operation course of the marketing plan, research the key procedure of marketing plan, carry on the system discussion of Chinese real estate marketing plan in theory and practice.
