Study On The Strategy Of Underdevelopment

This paper is put forward under a background of carrying out scientific development theory and establishing harmonious society. Under the guidance of scientific development theory, China must adhere to people-first and Comprehensively continuous development theory, plan the development between urban and rural areas as well as the development between different regions as a whole, pay attention to solve the imbalance problem in development and continualy narrow the development gap between regions, so it makes a pressing and realistic significance to study development strategy in underdeveloped areas.The paper deeply study the concept of underdeveloped areas, analyze the appraising index system of underdeveloped areas and explain the cause why underdeveloped areas come into being on basis of theory.
