A Corporation is an entire capital subsidiary company of China Energy Saving Investment Company which sets up in Shandong Province, and it is a 100% state-owned enterprise. The company was founded in April 1993, which was mainly responsible for implementing and carrying out each investment and management policy of China Energy Conservation Investment Company, and engaged in taking energy saving, environmental protection as main businesses investment activities in Shandong Province. Along with unceasingly strengthening of the state-owned enterprise supervising and managing work, the country had a more explicit request and restriction was engaged in production management to various enterprises the scope to the business scope of the business activities that every enterprise engages in-namely"main business". It was still placed in embarrassed situation which existed indefinite main businesses, unclear strategies, rivalless core businesses through the development history of more than ten years comparing to main business. In order to search the root of these problems and seek the solutions, A company has to take some time to do earnest research and practice.
