The Study Of Supply Chain Inventory Coordination Policies

In the environment of the supply chain management, the inventory coordination is a important factor. The aim of the inventory coordination is avoid of conflicts among the supply chain partners and reduce the inventory exists in the whole inventory, and gain the most profits.First of all, this dissertation recommends the background of the supply chain management , and in the following explains the content and the significance of this dissertation. Then recommends relevant theories on the inventory coordination in the mode of SCM and analyzes the present situations and existing problems of the inventory coordination in the mode of SCM both at home and abroad. Then, aims at the existing problem of supply chain inventory coordination, this dissertation proposes several basic solutions. Finally, the dissertation recommends three typicalinventory coordination methods in detail——quantity discount, Vendor-ManagedInventory and supply chain coordination based on partnership, including their basic ideas, reasons, the virtues and defects and point out very method suits to different supply chain. On the basic of studying these methods, the dissertation arrives at some useful conclusions.
