A Study On The Feasible Patterns To Put Forward The Development Of China's Venture Investment

By supporting venture enterprises, the venture investment cultivates new development of the economy system. So the venture capital put forward the economy persistently. But the present main pattern of the venture investment, namely, state-owned venture capital pattern, can't exert the function of our venture investment because of its disadvantages. The disadvantages of state-owned venture capital pattern derive from its agent-principal problem and lack of special ability. Based on the realistic data, this paper analyzes the situation and problems of our venture investment and the former pattern and points out that the former venture investment pattern is the main factor to restrict the development of our venture investment. By theoretical analysis and referring to foreign experience, this paper points out that private fund pattern, policy introduced fund pattern, and foreign capital pattern are three feasible venture investment patterns. By right of their characters and advantages, they can not only overcome the disadvantages of the former pattern, but enlarge its advantages. The three patterns will bring the huge pushing function of the venture investment into play and put our economy forward persistently.
