Study On Credit Business Process Reengineering Of State-owned Commercial Banks

Credit business process of a commercial bank determines the competence of credit business. This thesis coordinates the reengineering theory. On the basis of the research of the credit business management process, thesis puts forward the methodology of risk value chain. On the basis of surveying the customer-oriented theory and informationism of credit business, combining the internal relation and operating system of credit business process, summarizing the international experiences of banking credit business process reengineering, thesis puts forwards ideas and strategies of credit business process reengineering of state-owned commercial banks and reconstruct the credit business process model of state-owned commercial banks.This thesis's research spreads and develops along the main line of question-theory-reality research-comparison research. Main contributions of this thesis are:1. From risk management perspective, theoretically describe the specialty of credit business process, and, on the basis of credit management theory, build up the analysis techniques of risk value chain.2. Thesis analyzes the current credit business process of state-owned banks; based on the re-engineering experience of international commercial banks, puts forward the idea and strategy of the re-engineering of state-owned banks' credit business process; and abstracts a better model of credit business process.
