In the process of establishing the petroleum storage in Guangdong province, it has to choose suitable varieties and amount. At present, the storage amount should be 5 million tons, and the main category is product oil which mainly include diesel oil, heavy oil and gasoline. There are also many things that the government should take, for example, legislate firstly, choose the cooperation storage model of government and enterprises, set up suitable department, take different ways to manage the government storage and the enterprise storage, establish special petroleum fund, constitute some good policies for private enterprises and so on.
