The Study On Development Of Enterprises Focusing On Free-trade Logistics In PRD Area

After a survey on free-trade enterprise in PRD and interviews to the related people, it raises a hypothesis that the small scale of enterprise is the key issue that causes the free-trade enterprises developing slowly and difficultly.Free-trade logistics is a kind of the Third-Party Logistics (TPL). Based on the theories of TPL, the thesis makes analysis in theory on the impact of scale problem on the development of TPL providers from different ways including scale effect, capacity of resisting risks, and the trend of development of TPL in the world. These analyses proved the former hypothesis that the scale problem is the key impacting issue on development of TPL as well as the free-trade enterprises.Through two real cases, the thesis found the reasons why the free-trade enterprises are in small scale from the four aspects: business scale, CRM, strategy, capacity of innovation, also gave some advice on how to overcome the impact of the issues so that they can enlarge the scale of enterprises to get rapid and steady-going development.
