Evolution Game Resesarch On Logistics Real Estate Investment Of Comprehensive Free Trade Zone

The development of the logistics real estates，is the unavoidable and certainresult of the social development, but a modality of development of logistics industriesand the future innovation as well. It is worthy of deep researches on reasonable andefficient operation modes which help to add much more values to logistics real estateinvestors, since outstanding enterprises can only get maximum profits by the valueinnovation. The author uses the effective and rational cost containment andoptimization to promote the innovation and development of the logistics real estates.This dissertation is also studied the value innovation of logistics real estates, fourbasic operation modes on the basis of theories of value innovation, real estateinvestment theory and evolutionary games theory through some scholars’ researches.Based on the analysis of the development of China bonded system, the author putsforward further connotation of comprehensive free trade zone, and also tellsinvestment difference between comprehensive free trade zone and general real estate.In addition, through in-depth study on the BOT style of foreign logistics developersPrologis and current development of China comprehensive free trade zone, strengthand weakness are done to analyze the logistics developer investment style on thecomprehensive free trade zone. Finally, it establishes the evolutionary game model ofthe supplies and demands of comprehensive free trade zone, and verifies the accuracyof the model by empirical analysis of comprehensive free trade zone BOT.
