Study On The Adjustment Of Agricultural Industrial Structure In Hancheng

Agricultural industrial structure is a significant aspect of 3F issues. Since the reform and openness, a lot of obvious change of the agricultural industrial structure has happened in the Hancheng, the adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure has played an important role in the increase of farmer's income. In recent years, the supply of agricultural product in Hancheng has changed from shortage of the whole quantity to equilibrium, and quite obvious structure redundancy has appeared, the contradiction, which the economy of agriculture and rural area cannot accommodate the market demand of structure's optimism and diversity, becomes more and more prominent, farmer's income in some areas also appears the problem of low growth. There are nearly 70% of the total population of Hancheng who live in rural areas, traditional family business is also the mainstay of the rural economy, so it needs to research, how to further adjust the agricultural industrial structure, and promote the effective use and the optimal allocation of agricultural resources, achieving full employment of the rural labors and increased incomes for farmers.Basing on the annual agricultural statistics of Hancheng, this paper, which adopts the research methods of quantitative analysis, positive analysis and comparative analysis, makes a further research on the course of Hancheng's farming industrial structure since the year 1978.This article expounds the subject mainly from six respects.In the first aspect, Introduction. It introduces the background, goal, significance, thought and methods of the research. Second, research on the current situation. It introduces the whole situation of the agriculture development, including the development of gross output, agricultural infrastructure etc., and analyzes the current situation of agricultural industrial structure. Third, it focuses on the problems that arise from the irrational regional overall arrangement and the divided industry chain; moreover, it respectively carries on further analysis of each agricultural industry of Hancheng, and it it analyzes the comprehensive cause as well as the further cause for the existing issues. In the forth aspect, it researches on the developing plans of grain, economical crop and husbandry. Considering the feasibility and rationality, it puts forward the systematic and scientific optimized schemes with definite guidelines for every agricultural industry. At last, it comes up with the solutions, which stress the roles that government plays in Hancheng's industrial structure adjustment of agriculture, and based on the market, technology, policy, rural area and peasant, it brings up the measures that push forward the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure.
