The Study On Agricltural Industrial Structure Optimization Of Linying County From The Prospective Of Industrial Convergence

As the economy growth goes into a new normal,the structuration of agricultural industry is a major initiative of promoting the agricultural modernization.At present,a series of market-oriented measures are made,including developing multiple functions of agriculture,extending agricultural industry chain,agricultural additional value,optimizing agricultural production structure,as well as promoting agricultural industrial integration,which play important roles in improving the agricultural production efficiency and rural income,as well as accelerating the realization of all-round well-off society.By analyzing the data of agricultural industrial structure in Linying County,several problems of structure optimization has been found,including the imperfection of macro-management system,cultivated area of field crop and cash crop are conflict with yield,unreasonable distribution of crop cultivation,low-level of scale management,incomplete industrial chain and the weak development level of main industry in agriculture.This research aims at observing the optimized solutions of the agricultural industrial structure,from the perspective of industry convergence.By means of contrastively analyzing the optimization theory of agricultural industrial structure and industry convergence,combining with the producing habits of local peasants,the development trend of agricultural economy,as well as the integration of Linying County's agricultural industrial and correlative industry,the optimized solutions focused on industrial convergence of agricultural industry structuration are obtained.Firstly,the industrialization of agriculture is advised to be developed jointly with farmers' specialized cooperative,by reinforcing the construction of rural market system,reforming management system,and building the operation management system of agriculture industrialization.Secondly,natural resources are required to be equitable distributed,by which the moderate combination of farming and animal husbandry will be achieved and the quality of cultivated land will be improved.Thirdly,the training of rural practical talents,the agricultural infrastructure and the basic conditions of optimizing agricultural production structure need to be strengthened further.Fourthly,animal husbandry and fishery are promoted to be coordinated development,the register of land contracted management right is required to be enhanced,the forms of land transfer are encouraged,at the meantime,planting industry needs to boost the scale operation moderately.Additionally,part of migrant rural workers is encouraged to back home and develops the household farms,through which cultivating the agricultural regional brands,enhancing financial service system,completing the building of information platform,and all-roundly improving the developing environment of agricultural industry integration.Furthermore,the quality of employees in agricultural industry needs to be advanced,the modern agriculture required to be developed simultaneously along scientific and technological progress,accordingly,technical innovation service support system is established.Finally,demonstration area of agriculture industrialization is encouraged to be developed,the vertical extension of industrial chain's horizontal integration is exploited,by means of which actively lead to the development of the agricultural industry chain.Hope these recommended solutions would be referenced for optimizing the local agricultural industrial structure.
