To some extent, accounting informatization is a kind of accounting process rebuilt process. Medium and small-sized enterprises copy the process of manual work, that's one of their shortcomings. They should change the method after concerning their own characteristics. Although the process rebuilt theory can't put forward the basic type, to achieve success, the following rule should be obeyed: (1) the process should be designed on the basis of work not information of accounting calculation. Financial worker can supply more intact, valuable information(2) try to integrate the relative work, brief the process(3)integrate all the data, to avail the information deal with the information, report the information in the real time.
