In recent years, the disparity of productivity between Eastern region and Western region of our country is extending constantly, have already caused extensive concern of social public. If western region can not get quick development, the trend that East-West section disparity expands can not get the valid control, not only does not favor the society to be stable and the national unity, and will affect the third step of Chinese realization of the strategic target seriously. The western area must reduce with the eastern area disparity, except walks surmounts the type development path, has not alternative. How can realize the productive forces to surmount the type development? The productive forces transplant is the western area realization productive forces surmount one of type development effective ways. Then, what is the productive force transplant? What is the productive force transplant content? What is the productive force transplant concrete way? Why for many years the western area productive forces transplant scale and have the benefit fallen behind continuously by far the eastern area? Where is its exit? These are the main questions that this paper is going to discuss. In addition, this thesis also makes some discussions to some erroneous zones, which exists to the productive forces transplant process.
