Research On Some Problems Of Railway Great-Leap-Forward Development

In recent years, the railway transportation in China has developed quickly and achieved a lot. However, the contradiction between railway transportation capacity and demand remains unsolved. In order to solve the problem, the reformation in railway transportation should go further. Based on the development strategy, the study explored " segregating the main business from the minors", adjusting of distribution of productive forces and the enhancing of staff training. It includes the following points:1. After expounding the railway development at home and abroad, the study analyzes the current problems in Chinese railway system, such as poor market achievement, severe backwardness of the railway development. Furthermore, it discusses the strategies practiced in railway system, such as raising the speed, adjusting the distribution of productive forces and segregating the main business from the minors.2. The study discusses the necessity of adjusting the distribution of productive forces and principles we should stick to. Then the study commits a case study to show the methods and achievement of the adjusting.3. Based on the analysis of segregating the main business from the minors, the study confirms its necessity significance; then, it puts forward the principles we should stick to and procedures we should follow; finally, it lists the problems needing noting.4. After analyzing the importance of staff training, the study discusses its guiding ideology and critical points.
