Supply chain management is an integrated concept and method of management,which emphasizes the efficiency and benefit of whole supply chain, lays stress on the cooperation of enterprises,and increases the whole competitive capability of the supply chain.From some contents,the market competition is not the competition of enterprises,but of supply chain.And study on logistics optimal technology based on supply chain management is the important task,and is the key techniques and important studied contents that are used to ensure the whole supply chain with stronger competitive capability.Therefore its study has been given the increasingly extensive concerns of the science and enterprise circles for theoretical and pragmatic importance.The text leaves instance of studying on yichang land general electric cooperation company to probe thoroughly and research theoretically supply chain logistics optimal techniques.The thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 gives introduction to describe the current situation of studying supply chain logistics optimal techniques,points out the study significance and application backgroud,and give out the research method and thesis construction.Chapter 2 establishes an architecture of supply chain logistics,including general structure,functional view, resource view,information view, organizational view and process view.Chapter 3 establishes coordination models for transportation,inventory, distribution etc.,which influence logistic cost more bigger.In the research process,the thesis modifies appropriately or adopts new technique(for example genetic algorithms etc.) for the classic models that are relevant to Operational Research ,in order to adapt the demand of Electronic Commerce,and tries hand for "quick respond".Finally the integrative optimal model of transportation-inventory-distribution chain is put forward,and algorithms is given.Chapter 4 puts forward the framework structure of logistics information platform based on J2EE technology and web application,and mainly probes into several key techniques for construcing logistics information platform based on supply chain:XML technology,web database access technology,security technology and so on.Chapter 5 firstly analyses current situations of LAND logistic management, hence studies the optimization of supply chain logistics,meanwhile, puts forward the design thinking of supply chain logistics management system based on J2EE technology and web application according to the particular condition of LAND.In Chapter 6,the final conclusion and prospect are proposed.This chapter summarizes research of the thesis,and puts forward the direction to study further.
