With the technology developing more quickly, the life cycles of product became shorter as well as the competition of market grew more turbulent. Some new technology that can create new industrials and bring changes to established industrials strike lots of established leader company fierily, meanwhile, it impacted deeply on the theory and management methods rooted in technology innovation. So, a totally different innovation pattern-Disruptive Technology innovation aroused much attention in the technology management research field.Radical innovation is a kind of innovation which would lead to the fact the major indicator of the properties of product jumps to move enormously, or have great influence on market rule, competition situation, and industry's domain, and may even cause that the industry shuffle again. Radical innovation revolve a new development pattern of"Find a new way", and it give sustaining innovation more extrusion even become a substitute for the sustaining innovation. The kinds of radical innovation pattern bring some dilemma to the innovators who used to the thinking manner follows the chronic incremental innovation, while some company that drop behind or new corporation could acquire a good development chance to progress. In another hand, the remarkable different mode of radical innovation makes the technology unique characteristic, and it play an important role in building competitive advantage and can contribute significant to a firm's growth and profitability.Faced with radical innovation, traditional organization mode don't adapt to this change. To develop innovation fluently and keep sustaining competitive, proposes practical organization-Opening organization that adapt to radical innovation according to analyses the organization available.Firstly,based on introduction organization mode of incremental innovation and analyses Ambidextrous organization, discover that Ambidextrous organization just practice two dimensionality which is organizational structure and organizational culture. While China is a developing country, the research ability of company can't support program research in large-scale, this paper put forward a new organizational mode-Opening organization, and define its concept from six dimensionality including organizational structure, organizational culture, resource acquisition, ability to obtain, incentive mechanism.
