With the technology developing more quickly and products' life cycles becoming shorter as well as the business competition growing more turbulent, the operation environment for most enterprises has changed dramatically. At the same time, along with technology knowledge fast updated, the enterprises have to foster their core competence and improve their technology selection. However, It is also essentially important for enterprises to compare with radical innovation and incremental innovation. As a result, the first primary thing to enterprises initiation and development is how to insure efficiently the success of two different kinds of technology innovation by organization structure.This dissertation begins by introducing basic theory of enterprise's core competence and R&D technology selection, and based on the correlation research, discusses efficient organization structure after technology selection. First, proposes a theory framework of enterprise's technology selection;discusses the problems after R&D technology selection. Second, analyzes and elucidates the correlation between radical innovation and incremental innovation;proposes practical organizations that adapt to radical innovation and incremental innovation separately. Third, develops corresponding method and uses model to evaluate cooperative R&D;quests for rivalrous enterprises cooperative R&D. Moreover, based on current technology development, explores future organization structure. Finally, illustrates examples.This study will contribute to the cultivation of enterprise's core competence, improving R&D management and utilization efficiency of R&D resources, and realizing accumulation durability of enterprise's technology.
