The motivational mechanism of administrative staff plays an essential role to survival and development of enterprises. This thesis attempts to regard the administrative staff of Changsha Electrical Machinery Co.Ltd. As the research object, fully draw lessons from the domestic and international latest motivational theory achievement, through the analysis of the current situation of motivational mechanism of administrative staff of Changsha Electrical Machinery Co. Ltd., correctly, and find out the main problems accurately exist of it's motivational mechanism base on the materials forms such as salary welfare to the other non-materials motivational modes such as career development, bringing forward the new motivation mechanisms.The Changsha Electrical Machinery Co.Ltd. turns from the state-owned enterprise into the enterprise which run by the local people through shareholding system , but the enterprise's reform is mainly concentrated on reform of the structure of property right, besides implementing the motivational mode of holding share to the staff , the other concrete modes of management are still the same with reforming system, and do not do the corresponding change. Such motivational mechanism based on the traditional planned economy has a lot of defects, restricting the development of enterprises.Through questionnaire investigation, interview,etc., based on the research and use for reference of the advanced administrative staff's motivational mechanism of domestic and outstanding and foreign countries, this thesis encourage the existing problem of the current situation of Changsha Electrical Machinery Co.Ltd.,and proposed the design plan of improvement of the company. The new motivational mechanism is to obtain and foster the corporate's culture which condenses the heart, build to the job market positive upwards but harmonious and healthy, set up institutionalized management staff training system, manage career,development of the administrative staff, set up the performance management system with reasonable science, design the salary mode taking achievement as direction; Improve, encourage, restrain combine together from eliminate and withdraw from mechanism as main new motivetional mechanism of content. According to company's actual conditions finally, the implementation of the new motivation mechanism proposes ensuring the measure and advancing the step, at the same time in implement to new motivation problem that operation might appear of the course design the solution. |
