With the arrival of knowledge economy,the enterprises need to promote their own competitive power if they try to survive and develop in the fierce competitive market environment, and the human resource is basis and essence of the competitive power of an enterprise, and the motivation and incentive mechanism are the key and nucleus question in the human resource management. Speaking of the high tech small and medium-sized enterprises, the problem of R&D staffs'incentive mechanism is especially important and needs to be paid attention to in the entire company's development strategy, which is tightly related to the survival and development of the enterprises. Therefore, the research on the topic of motivation and the design on incentive mechanism of the enterprises are of specially great significance to the human resource management. Whether or not the incentive mechanism of the enterprise is scientific and reasonable even directly determines the success or failure of the human resource management.This thesis selects R&D staffs of Changsha Huayu Environmental Protection Tech Company Limited as its subject. Based on the current theory of stimulating employees and the latest incentive mechanism and the principle of encouraging the employees, this paper puts forth some suggestions for establishing the new incentive mechanism of R&D staffs of Changsha Huayu Environmental Protection Tech Company Limited.The thesis about the research on R&D staffs'incentive mechanism of Changsha Huayu Environmental Protection Tech Company Limited is composed of four parts. Firstly, it mainly states the research's background and significance of the paper. It reviews the basic theories about incentive mechanism and knowledge worker at home and abroad. And it introduces the content and structure. Secondly, it states the basic situation about the company and the current incentive mechanism on the R&D staffs. And it analyzes the existing problem of the company's R&D staffs'incentive mechanism. Thirdly, it redesigns the new plan of the motivation system about company's R&D staffs. Finally,it states the step of the implementation of the new incentive mechanism according to the actual situation of the company. And it will take preventive measures while arising the problem about the implementation of the new incentive mechanism.In all, how to manage and use talents has become the key point which determines a company's success or failure. It should lay emphasis on staff's motivation for Changsha Huayu Environmental Protection Technology Company Limited. The company should motivate R&D staff by the integrated incentive mechanism in order to improve staff's activeness, ownership and creativeness. If the company sets up modern incentive mechanism fitted with its own character, it can motivate talent, keep talent and cultivate talent ,which improves the company's competitiveness. So that the company can keep invincible in a global fierce competitive environment.
