But compared with the developed eastern areas it is still insufficiently developed, in the same time it is not the same as some backward areas in the mid-west,it is a typical representative of insufficient developed area in the eastern coastal part.What characteristic does it have, and how to choose the industrialization way to speed up the development step in the eastern parts like Zhangzhou ?
