Research On The Achievement Performance General Evaluating Of Utility Lists

Most utilities are monopolized markets, and their product and service play an important role in public life. In Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange market, there are many utility lists, which also play an important role.It is meaningful to do the research on the achievement performance general evaluating of utility lists. The paper has established the general evaluating system of the achievement performance of utility lists. The mangers of the lists can know the general achievement performance of the list and the factors, by which they can enhance the achievement performance. The controlling stockholder can assess the achievement performance of the mangers of the list by this system and set down corresponding encouragement or punishing measure.The contents of this paper are divided into several parts:Introduce the research aims and the brief contents of the paper.Part 1 discusses the domestic and western literatures about the subject of the paper.In Part 2, we design the research methodology of this paper. Firstly, we establish the achievement performance general evaluating system on the utility lists including choosing the financial index and evaluating method. Secondly, we establish the independent variables influencing the achievement performance of the utility list. Lastly, we establish the regression model between the general achievement performance and the significant influencing variables with the stepwise regression method. Thus we can find the significant factors influencing achievement performance, which point out the managing problems and the direction of improving the achievement performance for the mangers.Part 3 gives the empirical analysis results and brings forward the policy suggestion. Firstly, based on the general achievement performance evaluating, we filter the general achievement performance evaluating values of the utility lists and analyze the values and bring forward the policy suggestions. Then, we establish the regression model between the general achievement performance value Z and X₁,X₂,X₃,X₄,X₅,X₆,X₇ with the stepwise regression method, and bring forward the policy suggestion.Part 4 gives the conclusion and innovation of the paper, points out its localization and indicates the direction of further research.The ultimate innovation of this paper is establishing the general achievement performance evaluating system and the regression model between the general achievement performance value Z and the independent variables with the stepwise regression method.
