Research On Bill Of Material And Material Requirements Planning In MRP System

It is significant to do researches in key questions of MRP in the enterprise which face the single batch production orders, if the enterprises want to establish an effective system to materials management and produce planning. It will meet the delivered requirement of customers. The establishment of system basic data and auto-creation of BOM and MRP are researched based on the situation nowadays in this paper.how to create and store the basic data of BOM module is studied first in this paper, and then the method of material code is put forward based on the foundation of researching in material coding problem. An auto-creation algorithm of product structure tree is designed and an auto-creation method of BOM data information is realized by applying recursive method. It is verified that the algorithm can be precise, fast and real-time.The key questions of MRP basic data such as content designing and established method, lead time and low-level code are analyzed in order to realize the MRP basic algorithm in this paper, and then the detailed requirement number and process of the material can be created precisely, and realized visual display of MRP by example. Based on the researches above, the self-adaptive adjustment is realized by improving flex MRP policy. In order to verify the feasibility of MRP algorithm, the capability requirement planning algorithm is analyzed in this paper.The relation chart among the database information is gained by analyzing the detailed requirement of MRP and designing the function of MRP. According to the relation chart, achieved methods of BOM and MRP modules are described.
