The Design On Implementation Scheme Of Basic Data Standardization For HF Bank

With the development of the Internet and enhancement of science and technology,the quantity of database banks are handling and processing experienced explosive growth.It makes the improvement of data quality be the key for banks to evaluate the database and use it to boost business development.How to improve the quality of banks' database,to manage and use database asset,hence to satisfy commercial banks' strategic development requirement,has become the key problems commercial banks encountered.At present time,the weak database foundation,inconsistent standard of China's commercial banks has seriously obstructing the development of informatization.The base data is the foundation of commercial banks' database asset,unified standard and effective management of the basic data is the key of banks' data governance.Through the method of interview and questionnaire investigation,this paper researched and evaluated basic data of HF bank.Through the research,the paper discovered that the foundation of HF bank's database is weak.The integrity,standardization,consistency,accuracy,uniqueness,timeliness,relevance of the data can't well meet the demand of data analysis and business development.This paper designs basic data standardization implementation plan for HF bank's basic data problems,including build the basic data standardized framework,design the basic data standard,implement the standard of basic data,design the management policy and the management organization,make the basic data standardization technical support plan,and then proposed the security standardization of basic data.This paper provides references for the problems of no unified definition,specification,name,reference,source etc.encountered by HF bank's basic data governance.Through improving the accuracy?integrity and consistency of basic data,HF bank can lay solid foundation for database,enhance the data value comprehensively,hence to satisfy the strategic development requirement of informatization of the HF bank,enhance its core competitiveness.
