A Study On The Formation Course And Pre-warning Model Of Exhibition Accident

Since 1990's, driven by the global economic development exhibition has increasingly developed. It has been the major driven power of Chinese National Economy. Because of the highly assembly of people, wealth and substance, it is easy to cause security accident if the organization and supervisal are not the best. It is the trend that we must pay more attention to the risk management and security problem about exhibition.Firstly, this paper analyzes the characters of exhibition security accident. Aiming at Chinese exhibition industrial security management, the actuality of organizer and place security management are studied through questionnaire and demonstration analysis and the status of Chinese exhibition industrial security management is analyzed after investigation. Some common phenomenon is found out. According to the pre-warming management theory, security science and correlation knowledge, the Exhibition Security Pre-warming System, which is based on the pre-warming analysis, pre-control countermeasure and emergency case, is put forward. And the three major subsystem, pre-warming analysis, pre-control countermeasure and emergency case are described detailed.The objective of the thesis is to analyze formation cause of exhibition accident and to study the pre-warning system so as to prevent the emergence of accident, inducing elements and control the further development of them, to improve the exhibition security management to be scientific and reliable. As the demand for the exhibition security becomes stronger, the practical significance of the thesis is obvious on the background of the policy "Safety first as well as prevention" being carrying out. With the theories & methods of pre-warning management, fault diagnoses and complexity science etc. being utilized, the thesis combines the front of several subjects and its methodology is valuable. This paper upgrades the study of the exhibition security management model to the strategy pre-warning management. This research not only explores the management theories for exhibition enterprises, but also has realistic directive significance to exhibitionindustry of our country.
