It is a transformation from the preliminary CA potency to the high-level CA potency, while the country trade pattern transform from the preliminary state to the high-level state. It is the process from the quantity accumulation to the quantity leaps. The powerful country of international trade is just the economical body existence form which the trade pattern occupies the higher phase. It has the high-level CA potency, taking the value trade as the main deal form, while the export commodity and the service content much senior element of production, so it can obtain the main benefit in the international trade.This paper described the powerful country of international trade through the trade interest curve, trade lattice and the trade power index on the foundation of the definition.
