On The Influence Of FDI With Evolution Of China's Trade Pattern

With the further expansion of economic globalization, the relationship of foreign direct investment and trade of China get more and more attention. But most of scholars always study this problem in the aspect of structure of export trade, and use the flow rate not the stocking of FDI. This paper defines the concept of evolution of trade pattern, using the flow rate and the stocking of FDI, from the angles of theory and demonstration, completely studies the relationship of FDI and the concept of evolution of trade pattern in the aspects of total volume of trade, trade structure, and terms of trade.The result shows that: (1) The more the stocking of FDI flows, the more the goods would import or export;(2) FDI has a balanced and remarkable influence on export trade pattern in long time, it will improve the proportion of manufactured goods, FDI which flow into our country would improve our pattern of trade; (3) The stocking of FDI has a positive influence on improving combined trade terms index.Finally, this paper proposes some reasonable policy and recommendations.
