A Study On Setting Up Long-term Effective Pension System InTianjin

The reform and development of our country's state pension has improved greatly through the past twenty years'effort. However, there are still many problems existing, which limit the continuous development of the old insurance system. Our nation has emphasis on the development of the social insurance system that corresponds the social insurance, social supporting system, and benefits. It is believed that this social insurance system will enhance the harmony of the communist society. As the main insurance, it is a critical task for different level governments to perfect the old insurance system. This thesis analyzes the current situation and the problems of the state pension system reform in Tannin, with the reference to the situation in the Labor and Social Security Bureau in Tianjin. It puts forward ten methods for setting up the long-term effective system of the state pension in Tianjin.The first three chapters in this thesis roughly introduce the theory and development of modern state pension system, international pension reform and the reflection on our country's reform. It also introduces the history and current situation of our country's state pension reform, and the disagreement of the different theories on the reform directions. This thesis also introduces the try out of the state pension's reform. The forth chapter is about the achievement of the state pension reform in Tianjin. The fifth chapter analyzes the factors that limit the continuous development of the state pension in Tianjin. In the sixth chapter, the writer provides the ten methods for setting up the long-term effective state pension in Tianjin.The thesis provides an analysis sketch, some new ideas and materials database for further research. It has the actual leading meaning for setting up the long-term effective state pension and promoting the state pension system with corresponding the application of Tianjin's state pension reform.
