Research On Measurement System Conctrol And Analysis In Quality Management Of JG Group Company

21^st century is a quality century. Strict quality requirements are set for products. Good and bad quality of measuring data influence on process control, analysis and decision of products. Nowdays, it is very important to set up measuring control system and to control incorrect measuring results caused by measurement instrument and measuring system so as to reduce the risk extent of affecting product qualityThis thesis studied the quality management system and implement process of measuring system based on the analysis of setting up value resource of measurement instrument and measuring system. First, combing with the requirements of quality control theory and quality control standard, the thesis systematically studied and designed the operation way, method and contents of measurement instrument calibration control and drew the flow chart of measurement instrument calibration. Secondly, by means of the principle, method and ways of statistic theory, for example, regression analysis technology and control map principle, the thesis analyzed variability of all influence factors on measuring results. With statistic technology the five factors of man, instrument, material, method and step in measuring system are controlled and judged. The influence factor of variability is eliminated. The measuring process is under control to guarantee measuring system quality and product quality.The research work in this thesis can set up a practical measuring system quality control system for enterprises and can be used into real practice. Finally, an example is given to illustrate that the measuring system control and theoretical analysis in the thesis are of practical value and the thesis is of practical significance.
