The Study On Project Scheduling Planning And Control Of The Gear Measuring Instrument Research And Development

The schedule and control research of the gear measuring instrument research program is aimed to solve the problems occurred during the enterprises' research work. Nowadays, during the research, most emphasis has been paid to pre-plan, and the control has been neglected, which makes the project causes too much time and money and prevents the companies from developing healthily. To solve this problem, this paper emphasizes on using knowledge about schedule and control research after the planning of the project and making a practicable plan to make the projects guided, clear and easily controlled by the responsible persons according to the schedule and control.In the research on project planning and progress control, quantitative and qualitative analyses are used in schedule researching and plan controlling. In order to take effective control on the schedule of the project, the author first ruled out the factors that influence the schedule and clarified its inner environment. In the planning of the schedule, we first described and decomposed the project of gear measuring instrument then provided the WBS program of the project according to the reality. We finished the diagram of working relations and estimated the time period of various stages, drew the network diagram of arrow lines, identified the key lines, calculated the time periods of the program, and finally made optimization on the progress of the project. In the process of optimization, we adopted the method of readjusting the working relations and controlling the number of working staff to shorten the time period. The optimized network diagram and Gantt diagram are given. After the optimization, without affecting the cost and quality of the project, we realized effective project control within the schedule. In the process of schedule researching, we also provide active supervision on the progress and its cost. Detailed methods of control are given. In the end, we provide assurance of the project, including team construction, quality management, and the venture of project of project management. And we offer both advices and methods for and methods for the project that are meaningful to the researching programs in general.
