Optimization Study Of Logistics Management System Of Thermal Power Plant

On the base of the theory and methods of the modern logistics management, this paper analyses the existence problems and gives the optimization methods to the logistics management system of thermal power plant. At first, the system's characteristic and demand was analyzed. Then, analyzing the management organization, purchase and stock management of material-supply logistics management and optimization methods were given to them. Next, the paper introduces ABC classification and the pattern of material supermarket based on Vendor Managed Inventory to the other material management, and also establishes the indicator system of vender selection, then gives the stock strategy of it. At last, on the base of analyzing of the waste material logistics management of the thermal power plant, the paper advances the management principle and the methods of recycle or dealing with those waste.
