As modernization develops to internationalization, Multinational Corporation comes to the world. It is an operation for adaptation of highly complex producing skills and of effective configuration of resources in worldwide. With the development of economic globalization, Multinational Corporations are seeking for constant upgrade for better adaptation of world market competition and merging into local economy and society, which brings many troubles to the administration of Multinational Corporation. On the other hand, the development of Multinational Corporation also brings many new economic problems such as monopolization, extrusion to racial industry, and threat to economic safety of one nation.Chinese economy has a long history relationship with Multinational Corporation since the implement of open police, which plays an important role in the development of Chinese domestic economy. But despite its contribution, we should never neglect its disadvantage, since the great income, comes great threat.This thesis aims at the changing of investment of Multinational Corporations in china, first describes researching background, research significance.Multinational Corporations from perspectives of stock structure, regional arrangements, management and technical strategy. After analyzing the theories, realism factors and domino effect brought by changing of Multinational Corporations, this thesis concludes that the economic effects brought by the changing of strategic investment are two sides of one coin, and in the end of this thesis, author macroscopical and microcosmicly gives suggestions on the reacting methods to the changing of investment of multinational corporations.
