Large scale project logistics is a kind of complicated system engineering. The related scheme designing and choice of transportation must be more expensive and safe the uncertainties, which are resulted from the large scale, complexity in structure and wide range of such a project. After analysis of the characteristics of the project logistics, the uncertainty of every procedure should be analyzed, and decision schemes of each decision point can be gained. Then every key procedure should be estimated during the whole implementation. According to this concept, the model for large scale project logistics is established by using decision network planning technique (DN) and uncertainty theory. The present model is validated through an example of the transportation of some large size chemical equipment, which provides effective decision support for the scientific management of large scale project logistics. In this paper, its requirement such as logistics resources, project management and so on is presented, taking the example of the project logistics in COSCO LOGISTICS, then a lot of examples about project logistics and some important aspects in its implementation are introduced. For the kinds of cargo in project logistics, logistics provider should design well corresponded plan for customers. The logistics plan should be economical, safety, timely, efficiency. As to jumbo cargo, COSCO LOGISTICS design Roll on/Roll off plan to finish the displacement. In Chapter 5, some Roll on/Roll off examples are for your reference. As a mode of transport, Roll on/Roll off develops soon. For its professional and patent, in this paper, the writer only list some information and wish to get guide from professors and father.
