Engineering Projects Logistics is entity flowing process from the supplying place to the consuming place. According to the actual need, Engineering Project Logistics realizes the organic synthesis with transport, the storage, loading and unloading, the transporting, the packing, the circulation processing, the allocation and the information processing and so on.The high risk is one of most important characteristics of Engineering Project Logistics. With unceasing development of the Logistics science and technology, the risk compared to the past greatly to reduce. But the risk always exists anytime and anywhere from Engineering Project Logistics itself inherent characteristic. In order to prevent the occurrence of the risk, we need to utilize the risk management theory in the system of Engineering Projects Logistics.This paper considers risk of Engineering Projects Logistics as the research object, and studied the content of every part including making plan, risk recognition, risk evaluation and risk decision of Engineering Projects Logistics. In the part of making plan of Engineering Projects Logistics, this paper simply introduced characteristic of transport mode, and proposed the principle and the step of making transportation plan. In the part of the introduction of risk, this article introduced characteristic of Engineering Projects Logistics and analyzed risk influencing factor. In the part of the risk decision, the text introduced the method of decision simply and set up the modal based on Decision Network Planning Technique. In the end, the paper used the method of Decision Network Planning Technique to choose the method of transportation and set up risk decision with the instance.
