With the sustaining development of market economy, real estate has ever a rapid growth period. Numerous companies directly or indirectly have entered the real estate industry. Employee empowerment, participative management, and self.directed work teams are all concepts that seek to energize employees by making them a more integral part of the workplace.ZoBo Group is a typical private real estate enterprise of TaiYuan city, Shanxi Province. After a rapid growth process, the company all faced with some problems such as talent job.hopping, unable to absorbing senior talents, decreasing in employee performance and so on.Based on these analyses, from the viewpoint of the theory of incentive, we designed the survey of employee's satisfaction, at the same time we do some research of ZoBo Group employee's work satisfaction to find out where the problems exist. Through analyzing current private business company's incentive and incentive mechanism evolutionary process, it is explained that private company incentive and incentive mechanism should be adapted to the environmental changes, thus this paper analyses the existing problem of private company incentive mechanism which is based on the theorem of incentive, moreover points out where the cause is and clear out the adjust tactics.Through the analysis of the private enterprise employee's incentive mechanism, the private enterprise can only grasp the opportunities to formulate the efficient employee's inspiration mechanism, they can absorb the talent to service them, and let the company stand out from the fierce competitive market. This paper has greatly realistic reference meanings to the development of ZoBo Group and the other private real estate companies.
