As an important part of the real estate industry,sales work plays a pivotal role.It is an important source of corporate benefits and a pillar of enterprise development.At present,real estate salespeople present a lot of unsuitable places for the development of the enterprise.The salespeople's professional qualities are not high,their ability is not strong,and their liquidity is large.Therefore,the incentive for salespeople is imminent.Choose the right incentive method,effective incentive measures,and perfect incentive guarantee to help enterprises to employ,educate and retain people.Based on the actual incentive situation of MD real estate sales staff,this paper studies the improvement of incentive direction and related problems of the sales staff of MD.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of the topic,the significance of the research,and the related theories used in the paper.Then,the background of MD real estate company development,the current situation of sales personnel,and the incentive of sales personnel are analyzed in detail,and the sales personnel of MD real estate company are investigated on the ground through questionnaires and interviews.Then the problems and causes of the company's sales personnel in the process of motivation are obtained.Finally,on the basis of the previous investigation and study,the direction and method of improvement of incentive measures are clearly defined,and suggestions for improvement are put forward from four aspects: compensation optimization,performance appraisal optimization,staff training optimization,and enterprise culture optimization.And put forward the system guarantee needed in the process of incentive optimization.In advocating the new normal of the economy,real estate enterprises must put people first,plan scientifically,examine the situation,and establish a sound human resources management system.
