Human resources are the strategic resources of modern enterprises,and incentives are the core of human resource management.According to the famous " The 80/20 Rule ",20% of the core employees of the company contributed 80% of the company’s profits.Therefore,how to stimulate the work enthusiasm of core employees and keep core employees in the company is one of the urgent needs for enterprise leaders.How to design a scientific and effective incentive mechanism system to solve the current problem of core brain drain has become the top priority.For this reason,this paper studies the incentive mechanism of core employees in R real estate company.This paper adopts Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory and Two-factor Theory,uses literature research method and questionnaire method to conduct a questionnaire survey on 46 core employees of R real estate company.Using qualitative and quantitative analysis,the results of the questionnaire were analyzed to find out the problems existing in the company’s core employee incentive mechanism: career promotion,personal growth and development,salary and work autonomy.Based on the current situation of R real estate Company,the causes of these problems are analyzed.Through the analysis of the causes,relevant incentive mechanism optimization scheme is proposed.Finally,the incentive guarantee measures are proposed to effectively implement the new incentive optimization scheme.The incentive mechanism optimization and guarantee mode established in this paper not only have a certain guiding role for R company’s development,but also provide a certain reference for other real estate companies.However,because this article is limited to the real estate industry,we should continue to deepen the research on the role of incentive mechanisms in other areas for core employees. |
