Along with the deep development of economic globalization and integration, the enterprises have to increase their demand to the knowledge workers. Knowledge workers, who grasp the important information and technology, have been the core competitive ability of nowadays enterprise. They can create large contribution for enterprises in case of they are loyal to the enterprise, otherwise, they may cause profit dropped even bankrupt crisis. Therefore, it's very important to research the possible organization factor of promoting knowledge workers loyalty to enhance their loyalty. Avoiding the knowledge workers' active quit, reducing the lost after the quit have become a big topic which scholars in enterprise management theory and the practice must pay attention.Firstly, this paper studies and analyses the research situation about knowledge worker and employee loyalty both at home and abroad through a large number of documents. Secondly, based on interview and case study, we know a few factors that influence employee loyalty, and propose the theory conceiving and hypothesis combining with studied results previously. This study investigates more than 200 employees from different enterprises in several directions, and analyses the effect factors of employee loyalty deeply. We at last get the conclusions about the direct organization factors about the three aspects loyalty.The research indicates that the eight organization factors, joint management, organization identification, promotion and development, system of the remuneration, enterprise situation and prospect, training, work and inside communication all have remarkable positive correlation with normative loyalty, emotional loyalty and continuance loyalty separately; system of the remuneration, enterprise situation, inside communication and work can play a role in predicting the staffs normative loyalty; joint management, organization identification, work, enterprise situation, system of the remuneration are the important factors that influence employee' emotional loyalty directly; promotion and development, training, inside communication are the important factors influencing continuance loyalty directly. The results indicate, the staffs' background characteristic variables influence three aspects of employee loyalty in different degree.Accordingly, we propose strategic options to improve knowledge workers loyalty, they are including upgrading joint management and organization recognized, having reasonable arrangements for internal promotion and training, sound design work and remuneration system, constantly improve the management level of enterprises, thereby increasing staff loyalty. This research not only enriches the theory of organization commitment and knowledge workers, but also provides reference for enterprises to take effective measures to keep excellent employees and how to raise loyalty.
