As the knowledge carrier in firms, knowledge employees are not only the precious resources to improve the enterprises’ competitive power, but also the mainstay for enterprises to develop sustainably in knowledge economy times. Existing research indicates that high level of job involvement of knowledge employees could promote value creation powerfully for enterprises, and bring more added values on innovation and originality. However, there are different standpoints existing in academia and business circles on how to improve job involvement of knowledge employees. Usually, firms would take advantage of raising salaries, improving working environment and other welfare-improving approaches in practice, but career developing factors of knowledge employees are always ignored.The so-called employee loyalty is the employees very support of enterprise culture, and the value of their own philosophy and corporate values combined, faithful maintenance of corporate interests, are willing to dedicate their own efforts in the development of the enterprise, ultimatelyassist in the sustainable development of enterprises based on their own career can be long-term progress. To carry out research in this article use a variety of methods, including specification analysis, deep interview, questionnaire design and survey, qualitative research and quantitative research integration and loyalty by choosing a typical business case, knowledge of employees of state-owned enterprises the formation mechanism of the analysis are given recommendations to enhance the knowledge of staff loyalty. The main contents include three parts, namely from the training, pay, benefits and career development of three aspects to explore the relationship between knowledge staff loyalty, which reveals the research topic.The results show that,when training with the better pay and benefits, the loyalty of knowledge workers is also relatively high; enterprise knowledge significant positive correlation, in particular, job counseling and career counseling, organizational commitment and retention commitment between career development and organizational commitment of workers, there is a considerable degree of positive correlation.
