In 2019,our country's information industry change its own supply system innovation,the Internet of things application level to further improve,5G network deployment of steady progress,fusion to further deepen the information industry and traditional industry,promoting the wide application of new technology and new business development,the knowledge employees play a key role in the development of communication industry.Talents are an important strategic resource for the most important development of enterprises.Career mission is a kind of work value,a kind of strong passion and power that people experience pointing to a specific career field,and they hope to engage in a specific career and get a sense of meaning,responsibility and personal value from it.Scholars have found that high vocational mission has a positive impact on the attitude and behavior of employees such as organizational identity and employee engagement.This paper takes the knowledge workers in the communication industry as the research object,and through the study of their professional mission,organizational identity,employee engagement,dimission intention and other work attitudes,so as to further explore the communication industry organization management of knowledge workers and incentive issues.Based on the social identity theory and social exchange theory,this study systematically discusses the functional relationship among occupational mission,employee engagement,organizational identity and turnover intention,and also discusses the moderating effect of individual-organizational value matching on the above relationship.The main research issues are as follows: the theoretical model construction between occupational mission,employee engagement,organizational identity and turnover intention;The mediating effect of organizational identity on employee engagement in occupational mission;Individual-organizational value matching tests the moderating effect of occupational mission on organizational identity,employee engagement and turnover intention.Firstly,by reviewing relevant literature,this study summarizes the research on knowledge workers,career mission and employee engagement in the communication industry,and sorts out the existing research results.Secondly,build the relationship model of career mission,organizational identity and employee engagement.Thirdly,based on the actual operation situation of the communication industry,this paper takes the knowledge-based employees in the communication industry as the research object,designs the questionnaire on the conceptual authority of occupational mission and employee engagement,and verifies the reliability and validity of the scale according to the test results.Fourthly,the reliability and validity of the formal scale were tested by collecting data through questionnaire recovery.By means of correlation analysis,multiple linear test and structural equation model test,the theoretical hypothesis is tested,and four Suggestions for management are given.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The professional mission of knowledge workers has a significant positive influence on organizational identity and employee engagement;(2)Organizational identity plays an intermediary role in career mission and employee engagement;(3)The moderating effect of individual-organizational value matching on occupational mission,organizational identity and turnover intention.In a word,this study preliminarily discusses the relationship among the career mission,employee engagement and organizational identity of knowledge-based employees in China's communication industry.The research prospect is of great significance to the management practice of knowledge workers in the communication industry.
