The goal of production is to meet demand of consumers. No matter what kind of business activities we do, we just want to meet demand of consumers. It is important for us to research demand, we can improve the standard of consuming, enhance the production and advance the economy forward through it. In the past, what consumers buy was just what producers produced, modern consuming have been changed to what producers produce is just what consumers demand. As modern corporations , it is very important to understand consumers are the real controllers of market to some extend, corporations need to understand what consumers need and what consumers like. The research of consumers'demand is the base of marketing decision and making marketing strategy, among the factors which affect consumer behavior, consumers demand is the inner power for stimulating consumer behavior as the fateful factor, it is also the key factors to understand and master consumer behavior.Firstly, in the thesis, I analyzed the denotation and value of the research for consumers'hide demand. The main part of the thesis based on theory of consumers'demand, making consumer behavior and customer value as the main content of research, using the methods of value innovation and the analyses of consumer behavior, to search for the relative between hide demand of consumers and consumer behavior and consumer value. I established the mode of development of consumers'hide demand, the thesis make a empirical study on wine, gain the factors which affect the demand of wine. Finally, the thesis improve the theory model and advise the corporation how to develop hide demand of consumers.
