Uncommon Opportunities & tremendous challenges are the results of high-speed developing knowledge & technology and fast changing competitive environment in era of knowledge-driven economy. It is essential for an organization to promote its capacity of learning for survive and develop. Just as Darwin said, which can exist in the fluctuant environment are the most flexible ones, not the most strong and clever ones. Organization learning edge is the key factor of victory and defeat for an enterprise, this is also the important reason that many enterprises pay so much attention to the capacity of organizational learning.Whereas corporate culture is a significant factor that influence the capacity of organizational learning. It is very important for Human Resource Management to develop the useful and discard the useless of our traditional culture, to cultivate learning organizational culture, and then the capacity of organizational learning can been improved. The paper will focus on studying these, which includes five sections as following:Chapter 1: Introduction. In this part, the author described the research background, analyzed the necessary and important of constructing a corporate culture which can promote capacity of organizational learning.Chapter 2: This part introduced the related concepts and theories, analyzed the connections & differences of organizational learning & learning organization individual learning edge & organizational learning edge, summarized the researching for influential factors, pointed out that corporate culture is a very important one of those.Chapter 3: This part discussed the influences of corporate culture and summarized the characteristics of learning corporate culture according to Denison's culture model. At last, the viewpoint that we can promote capacity of organizational learning by building corporate culture was putting forward.Chapter 4: This part summarized the primary characteristics of our country's traditional culture, and analyzed our country's traditional corporate culture how to influence the capacity of organizational learning.Chapter 5: There are some suggestions for promoting the capacity of organizational learning by building corporate culture. According to the characteristics of learning corporate culture and the actuality of our country's traditional corporate culture, there were some solutions been put forward.
