The Strategic Research Of The Tuanbo Lake Development Under The New Policy Of The Real Estate

In the complicated and ever changing circumstance, if the project wants to achieve better developing prospect and obtain more benefits, making strategies which adapt to the environment and adapt to the project itself is in much need. The strategic research of the project is the most operable overall course and method for the achievement of the project aim after the confirmation of the project aim and mission. Standing on the research of the strategic theory and strategic framework, and combining the character of project management, this paper discusses the establishment process of the strategy adapting the outside changing environment. Using SWOT analyzing method and other discussing methods for reference and using Tuanbo Lake's 1000 Mu land development as a studying case, this paper analyzes the developing strategy of this project and discusses its outside environment especially the policy environment in order to establish a developing strategy and distributing strategy adapting to the change of the policy. In the first and second chapter, the paper introduces project strategy management theory. In the third chapter, the paper introduces the basic condition of this project and environment scanning. In the forth chapter, the paper introduces respectively the project developing choosing strategy, design strategy and distributing strategy and explains in detail the application process of the project strategy management.
